Dear Students, we believe that You all are super strong, It is very lovely to see how united we are to fight days and times like this, and it is evident from the fact that we are united, hence we will fight this “COVID-19” staying safe at Home and we promise that.
We would like to share some important factors that play a role in building a strong immune system.
1. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables
Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight,
reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.
2. Exercise regularly
Exercising regularly decreases a person’s risk of developing certain diseases, including obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
Exercise can help a person age well.
3. Get adequate sleep
Your body needs to relax. Sleep is a vital, often neglected, component of every person’s overall health and well-being. Sleep is important because it enables the body to repair and be fit and ready for another day.
4. Take steps to avoid infection
such as washing your hands frequently. Washing your hands properly can help prevent the spread of the germs (like bacteria and viruses) that cause these diseases.
5. Reduce stress in life by meditating
Meditation can help us to eliminate negative thoughts, worries, anxiety, all factors that can prevent us from feeling happy.
Meditation is essential to feel well and live a Happy Life.
So now you know, what you need to build a strong immune system, then start working on your health to create a better future for yourself. Stay Strong.
